1. Services

React Panda specializes in providing high-quality React development services tailored to client needs. Our offerings include custom UI component development, full-stack React applications, performance optimization, and migration of existing tech stacks to React-based frameworks. Services are executed in phases as outlined in individual project proposals, ensuring alignment with client objectives and technical requirements.

2. Fees and Payment

Subscription Fee: The monthly fees for our comprehensive React development services are $3,000, $6,000 and $15,000 USD.

Payment Terms: All fees are required to be paid in full at the start of each monthly billing cycle. Services will commence upon receipt of payment.

Refunds: Should our services not meet your expectations, we offer a one-time, pro-rated refund within the first month of service, based on the unused portion of the services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide all necessary information, resources, and access required for project initiation and continuation without delay. Timely feedback and approvals are crucial to adhere to the project timelines established in the initial project scope.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership: Upon completion of services and full payment, clients gain ownership of the final deliverables, specifically tailored components or full-stack applications developed for them.

Rights: React Panda retains the right to general methodologies, proprietary tools, and non-specific components that can be reused in other projects.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project details and any disclosed proprietary information confidential during the engagement and indefinitely after its completion.

6. Cancellation and Termination

Subscription Changes: Clients may adjust, pause, or cancel their subscription services at any time through their client dashboard with immediate effect.

Billing upon Termination: In the event of cancellation, clients will be billed only for the services rendered up to the point of termination, calculated on a pro-rated basis.

7. Limitation of Liability

React Panda’s liability for damages arising out of or related to the services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for such services, and shall not include any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the unlikely event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through mediation initially. If mediation fails, arbitration will be pursued under the laws of the state of Georgia.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranties including but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

We commit to protecting your data in accordance with industry standards and applicable data protection laws. Details on the collection, use, and protection of your data are available in our Privacy Policy.

11. Customer Support

Our customer support is available via email from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST. We aim to respond to all inquiries within one business day.

12. Renewal and Auto-renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew each month. Clients can modify or cancel their upcoming renewal at least 10 days before the current subscription period ends via their account dashboard.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including natural disasters, government actions, or network failures.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, which are subject to change with notice provided on our website and via email to current subscribers.
